We are deeply sorry that you would like a refund. Our customers are always our top priority. Yes, they are! Doctor A Vitamin C Brightening moisturiser is completely fragrance free! Doctor A 24k Gold Royalty treatment and Doctor A Intensely Exotic night repair moisturiser use only natural fragrances. This means that no artificial fragrances or unnecessary chemicals are added. We don’t use any artificial fragrances, all scents come from natural essential oils at a concentration of 1% or less. We use only the best ingredients in our products to ensure the best skincare results for you.

Yes, all of Doctor A products are completely natural. They are 100% vegan, palm oil free, cruelty-free, suphate free, paraben free, microbeads free, no artificial colours, no artifical fragrances, no harsh chemicals and no DEA's. None of our products are made with unnecessary chemicals. Only the best for your skin.

Yes, at Doctor A cosmetics we pride our products on being clean. Our products are vegan, cruelty free, paraben free, sulphate free, palm oil free, microbead free, no artificial colouring or fragrances, no harsh preservatives, no mineral oils and no phthalates.

Most of our products are designed to be suitable to use during pregnancy, however, as your skin can change so much during pregnancy, we always recommend checking with your doctor before using any beauty product (including ours!) as your skin is constantly changing during your pregnancy.

Yes, all of our products are alcohol free. They do not contain ethyl alcohol. All of our products are designed to be really gentle on your skin. Doctor A 24k Gold Royalty Treatment and Doctor A Intensely Exotic Night Repair moisturiser are completely alcohol free. Doctor A Vitamin C Brightening Moisturiser contains cetyl alcohol which is a fatty alcohol. Cetyl alcohol is not drying for the skin at all and infact helps to protect the skin from allergens, bacteria and moisture loss.

At Doctor A Cosmetics, we are an eco-friendly and sustainable brand. We care about the environment and believe in eliminating plastic waste. For our moisturisers, our container is made from 100% glass which can be fully recycled or re-used. Our lid is made from aluminium which can be recycled or re-used fully along with the glass container. For our facial oil, the container is made from 100% glass which can be fully recycled or re-used. The dropper lid is made from Bamboo which is a sustainable and renewable plant. The pipette of our facial oil is made entirely from glass too. All our product labels are made from YUPO, which is the recyclable, waterproof, tree-free synthetic paper. Our outer box packaging is made of paper cardboard which can be recycled. For our shipping boxes we use eco-friendly and recyclable cardboard shipping boxes.
